Bobcat CT450 on TractorData

John Deere 4320 on TractorData

Spec-wise, looks pretty close. The JD 4320 has a 400CX loader and more 3pt lift (2500lbs vs 1870lbs). However, if the Bobcat CT450 is, essentially, the same as the Kioti DK50SE, why does the DK50SE have more 3pt lift (2493lbs vs 1870lbs)? Rather drastic difference...

The Bobcat has metal fenders, which is always nice, and weighs more by 100lbs.

The John Deere is not 'defunct' so I believe parts will be more readily available through dealerships as well as online.

Thoughts?

While tractordata.com is a great resource, you can't trust their data 100% of the time. I suspect the 3 point lift rating on the Bobcat is wrong. There is no reason whatsoever for the Kioti DK50SE to have over 600 pounds more lift capacity at the 3 point than the Bobcat, which is just a Kioti with a different paint scheme.

I think the CT450 and DK50SE stack up just fine with the 4320, and beat it in certain ways such as loader lift capacity and overall weight. The 4320 has a tiny bit more PTO HP.

I can't say what the future holds, but I get Bobcat parts just as quick as John Deere. Your mileage may vary but repairs happen much quicker at Bobcat as well.

I think they're metal on ROPS versions, fiberglass on cab versions...
