When I did my 50hr, I noticed that the plugs were not very tight at all. Hardly any torque... just beyond hand tight. That was scary. The rear differential, trans and front axles were all the same. I did notice a few small metal shavings on the magnetic trans plug. I also noticed metal fragments (more so) after draining the front axles.

The drain plugs were likely installed correctly. You want to be careful tightening the drain plugs as they strip easily

I'm doing my own oil and filter change at 50 hours. Considering that I was told it beats paying $80 an hour labor by someone who actually works at the dealership, that's a pretty sound financial decision.

Filter Oil: 6696286: $11.71
Filter Hyd: 6695913: $45.61
Filter Hyd Ext: 6695914: $20.86
Oil 15W40: $6.07/qt : $33.54/7 qts
Ft Differential Lube: $6.19/qt: $30.95/5 qts
Tran/Diff Fluid: $44.58/2 gal : $178.32/8 gallons
-----------------------
Total cost: $321.02

Oh, and the large catch basin to drain it all into, I think that was like $5 or so.

You saved some money doing it your self. I had the dealer do it. They charged $670 and that included them hauling it 40 miles each way from my place to the dealership. I think the haul was freeish since they run back and forth past my area often.

Besides saving some hard earned $, you get the chance to become more familiar with your tractor. I hope you also put a torque wrench to the wheel lug bolts and the loader mounting bolts. These can easily loosen up after few hours of use ase the paint between the surfaces wears off.
