Sounds about right. My CT225 was close to $16000 without block heater, no rear remotes, standard seat, & R1 Ag tires.

Cash price, work him for another $1K, offer him less and be willing to go up if this is an instock tractor. Keep in mind, negotiations need to be on machine in stock. There was a slight increase came through effective Aug. 1 on new tractors ordered so dealer may not have too much room to work with on special order.

2years ago i gave 17000.00 for ct 230 i didnt negotiate much just wanted tractor and loader pretty bad no block heater here i luv mine as its allmost paid for
