Anyone look into legal action about the mislabeled Bobcat CT227's?

I see that your conversation with your dealer didn't go in your favor. I think all that you can do is hope that your dealer steps up and helps you out (assuming they admit they didn't know some of the tractors were only 25 HP). If they don't want to help you out, then you know what kind of dealer they are and plan on taking future business elsewhere. I was lucky and my dealer admitted fault and made it right but if I hadn't been so lucky I would still have a nice tractor at a great price. Legal hubub might just add to my stress level. Easy for me to say though, I have a new tractor
