The lift cylinder up line ruptured and am trying to raise the arm manually to get cylinder out for access. It won't budge,locked tight. Since there's no hydraulic pressuring figured it would be free. I have a factory service manual,but it doesn't mention this. Bobcat Dlr recently closed,so can't ask them. Any help greatly appreciated.

Why not start it back up and tilt the bucket down?
Can't start engine,not enough fluid left in system. I did start it and tried to raise,but fluid sprayed everywhere and didn't raise at all,had to shut her down. I've now got the lines off the cylinder,what a job,have to move several others to get to the one that blew.

That sound like you blew a feed line or the PB line not the boom line.

Does it move now, with the hoses off of one cylinder?
Both lines are removed from left lift cyl, still won't move.

Your lift cyl are controlled by a valve, and if in neutral, no fluid should flow.
If one cyl hose busted, plug both hoses for that cyl and raise the arms using the one good cyl..

Thanks,but I've gone to far to try that.ive got both hoses off left lift cyl. It sure makes the job harder as I had to climb up/down over front to get access to several metal lines which had to be disconnected in order to move remove the left cyl lines. I'm replacing both since it's so hard do and not to high,$40 each at local hydraulic shop.if I could get the lift arm up it sure would be easier on my old bones.thanks
