Bobcat 643 w/kabota d1402

I replaced the head gasket along w/a shim(metal gasket) the motor turns over but won't start even w/either I've bled the air out not sure what next

Have you cracked the injector lines to see if you are getting fuel past the injection pump? I found on my 743 that it takes a lot to get the air out of the system.
