454- you are close to perfect with that rig, but what you need is a V plow on the front instead of the one -way plow in the picture. I Don't have a picture of it right now, but I'm using a Allis-Chalmers D-10 with a home made V plow built out of 2 old gravely walk behind plows, on the front, and a Woods 60" 2 stage single augur blower on the back. I find that 90% of the time the V plow will clear my 800 + feet of driveway, and the blower is more or less a counterweight. The advantage for me in having the V plow is that the tractor always runs straight, and the plow doesn't try to steer you away from the snow you are pushing. One good thing about buying a snowblower is that you won't have any snow that you can use it in for 5-7 years!
