The old 'China Bomb' tires strike again. I read somewhere that one of the reasons the Russian convoy's are stranded is, they are experiencing blow outs on the China Bomb tires they are running on.

I blew out a Titan (Goodyear) “Grizz” radial R-1 tractor tire about 10 years ago just running across a field at 15-20MPH. Tire was practically new had 75% tread and absolutely no dry rot. Complete “zipper” sidewall failure. It was manufactured in USA.
Tires are assembled and any group or lot of tires is bound to have a defective one in many thousands. My dealer submitted proper warranty paperwork and pictures to Titan and they never paid pro rated warranty.
I will never buy their tires again.
