Bldg\'g in farm land

Has anybody got an idea of what's being built east of Syracuse NY at milepost 252 south of the thruway? Seems kind of out of place in the cornfields. Watertower maybe? 4 big cranes on the job, the jib of one of them is just visible behind the structure. Your ideas would be appreciated. SteveV

Lotsa scaffiolding for a water tower. Could be a grainery or somthing... Kinda tall for that though...

Here's the other shot I got, looking into the sun of course, while moving at ahmmm.... 65 mph. Lens zoom plus software zoom is about 12x. What appears to be a circular form appears bottom center. Guess I'll be looking through the Syracuse papers for awhile! SteveV

I think that's the hotel the Turning Stone Casino is putting up.

Thanks for the info, it just further proves most anything can be solved here! The casino expansion plan contains a hotel tower and parking garage which is likely what I saw. Plans are outlined in this link:
