Blade or Box Blade Design/specs

Hello all,

I am looking for designs or specs on a rear blade or box blade.

I just found out that my new neighbor is a machinest and will make me whatever I want. I just need to give him some designs.

Even if you have a blade can you take a pic of it and provide me some measurements (size, etc) that would be great.

I'm a machinist too but u will need someone who access to a large shear and brake to make the moldboard.
Dad made some at work and used the brake to put slight bends every 2" to make the moldboard shape and it seemed to work better because the stuff didn't stick to it.
If u can get the steel for a good price u will save money but if u buy new steel u WILL have more in it than buying a new piece.
