Back to the subject...it the clutch disengages after the engine quits, it normally is a issue with the springs of the clutch.(missing or broke)

What a Thread.. It's either too high idle or carb screws are wrong. I doubt it's the clutch. if it is, it's easy to clean and I'm sure it's not kaputt.
