Looks like nonsense to me.

The address of the facility given, according to Google Maps, is a condo development.

The guy's book has several 8 year old negative reviews on Amazon. It appears to be self-published.

If you wanted to create a website that drops a lot of technical terms and provides very little info, you'd be hard pressed to beat that one.

Interesting how his company has recently been renamed.

Any of these things taken individually mean nothing. Collectively, they force you to do some more elaborate research and to ask tough questions. Everyone wants a solution to the world's problems, and quantum physics makes an outstanding curtain for a wizard to hide behind.

My personal opinion - If you're thinking of investing [and you don't say so, or even provide a reason for this post], drive about 2 hours southeast to Atlantic City and try one of thier games.

I've never thought of 'truth evolving'. That's what's nice about science. By and large it deals with facts, which are either true or false.

Regarding Blacklight....Formed in 1991 and collected $50 million from VCs and in 17 years they've produced nothing except version 1.0 if Millsian software? PT Barnum was right.

If you think your science understands then what is the solution that unifies the forces of gravitational, electromagnetic, weak nuclear and strong nuclear to a new theory of everything. Every evolves with the exception of denial and ignorance. The truly wise, know that we understand very little and rely on an open mind to see the new prospectives. Black Light Power may be a fraud but if someone is to have an open mind they can do better than relying on a few political opinions.
