Bimini Sunshade Canopies and KM 129 replacement seat

I have been looking at umbrella ROPS mounted canopies and ran across this brand. Looks like it is a bit stronger and has better adjustment. Turfseats.com - Tractor & Mower 4" Fabric Bimini Sunshade Canopies
I know nothing about them so was asking, Hoping Monday they go on sale. They also have a possible replacement seat Turfseats.com - KM 129 UNI PRO BUCKET SEAT

Does any one have these and how well do you like them. Any thought on the web site - trustworthy?

Well after looking around and checking pricing with shipping I have these on order. The folks were very helpful on both the seat and top fitting. They have a 9.99 shipping deal. others wanted $46 or something. Ill post more when they get here.
