Navistar was building a mega complex to built trucks in San Antonio TX. Not sure if that stalled in 2020 due to C19.

Traton group is VW's truck division, under which they brought MAN and Scania.
Navistar MaxxForce 13 engine was already based on a MAN block. It will undoubtedly return in North America, as both Scania and MAN are now using a common engine in their latest models.
