Early next spring planning on a customer and vendor appreciation day for my 17 year old security company. Expecting to invite about 50 to 100 famlies. Bring food chairs and such. Need a couple of tractor projects and ideas on entertainment, feeding, parking etc. for several hunded city folks and an unknown bunch of kids. Example-what is the pottie factor per hundred?

i would think the potty factor depends on the beer factor.

Call your local porta-let dealer and ask them what they reccomend.

At the media company i work for, when we do big events, typically for 2000-5000 people, about 16 porta potties are brought in, 2 being handicap accessable. These are in conjunction with existing facilities in the business's int he area of the event.
