Please look at the pics below. It appears that the dipper cylinder runs up the boom slightly off center. Especially when you look at the V shaped plate under the rod.
Also, see the 2 shims at the top with the arrows. Does everyone have a shim on each side? The reason I ask: In the second picture, where I have the vertical line drawn, there is VERY little clearance between the fitting and arm when the hoe is completely extended. It actually made a very light impression on the nut when I extended the arm to max reach.
I'm thinking if I move the shim on the right to the left side, this would help me get more clearance on the fitting and straighten up the cylinder so it is running completely vertical up the boom.
If everyone else's looks like mine, then I'm not going to worry about it.
