Noticed the one lever on the backhoe was not angled like the other... At first I was worried it got bent by a tree limb or something. After taking the cover plate off the linkage I seen that the two small bolts were loose and almost ready to fall off. These are behind the linkage that goes down to the valve assembly so they are a real pain to get to and torque. This was only at 15 hrs on the clock... Based on other posts here I am going to go around and ck everything I can see.

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. On one side the bolts were completely backed out. Whats odd is, the bolts appeared to have red loc-tite on them. Go figure?

Same on my BH65. It has happened twice now. I keep meaning to Loc-tite them but will do it the third time I guess.

Dealer mentioned I may be wrestling too hard with the levers; when I need more power I bend the sticks I guess!

I was just thinking of this.... the bolts did appear to be coated with a threadlock material. :confused2:

This happened again on the same lever. I will apply loctite this time... 50 hrs on the machine.
