Best winch John Deere 3038e & options?

I have a 3038e with lots of attachments. Today I'm working on an area I'm putting in a horse riding ring. It's on a slope so I'll take about 5ft down high end, putting on low end. It will be about 120ft X 60ft, oval, posts, boards, 1 or 2 gates.
It's full of scrub trees so I use front end loader uproot trees about 4" and smaller, chainsaw bigger ones using backhoe digging up roots. Today I finished trees, still sloped...I just push trees & brush in a row down just over a hill. (I have a grapple, I may move & burn...another story). This afternoon got it stuck, slick mud. I could inch along using bucket, finally got it out using a come a long.
What I'm thinking about is there a winch with remote control with two base plates? I could have it front or back as needed. Next problem would be where to mount plate especially in back since backhoe is in the way?

if it were me I'd make a either chain or nylon stap that hooks to the draw bar so ur clear the backhoe on the rear. then maybe do something similar to the front by where the weights hang. now saying all that when I have my hoe and loader on I use both to help me out of a stuck area . the hoe works excellent as either a puller or pusher. same as loader bucket. YMMV

Hoss has the right idea. An electric winch is an ENORMOUS strain on a vehicle electrical system. Especially a tractor that normally has a small alternator - light gauge wires - small batteries. Practice using your bucket on the FEL & the backhoe to get out of stuck situations.

I would think winch as last resort... It is something you will have to have along whether you need it or not.... I have a Jeep with 950 CCA battery (ODYSSEY AGM) and a 100 amp alternator and with one good long pull I can drain battery down and even with alternator output, to where computer shuts down (about 8.5 volts)....Have to do short pulls and some rest time and let alternator try to help battery recover.... Yes electric winches are for "recovery" but there is a cost, that being you will probably have to get larger alternator (ampere wise) and bigger battery if you plan to get stuck often.... And you are probably looking at a 8-10,000 pound pull winch considering how heavy your tractor is and how stuck you are.... That 3,500 ATV winch you may looking at will be a joke...

Jeep will try to warn me with "Check Instruments" light flashing, trying to tell me to look at volt meter as computer is sensing it is in danger out failing...

I tried all that...didn't work. I was going to use the small Economy tractor that has a winch which would have worked. Instead a strap come a long & the wife which she gave up (too hard she said)...so I did it by myself.
Tension on come along, tractor push with bucket, off tractor, tension...repeat 4 times got it out.
A winch will work I know, it works well on Economy.

As electronic technician I can solve it no problem even with separate battery on a tender just for winch. Mainly I wanted to know about front and rear mounting but I'll figure that out. Thanks anyway.
