Best way to access 3rd SCV on 4320 Utility Tractor (no cab)?

What is the best way to access the 3rd SCV on this 2008 4320 JD Utility Tractor? 650 hrs on the tractor. Always shedded. I have not used the 3rd SCV in the past and now I find the lever will not move the valve. It appears that I may have to remove the RR tire and fender at a minimum; but was hoping someone has experience here. The lever is pivoted below the 'deck' as is the 3 stack valve body. They therefore are not accessible from above, beneath or behind from what I can see. Any insights will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I suspect that is correct..

Do you have cables that go to the 3rd SCV valve, or an electric wire harness?

The 3rd SCV was an option choice when the tractor was new and although I cannot yet access and see it it Is manually actuated by a separate, short extending control lever. There is (are) no electric switch(s) on the loader control handle to activate a solenoid for an electrically activated valve. It might activate by cable or by mechanical links...probably by pinned links from lever to valve spool.

My 4300 is a lever that moves a cable connected to the 3rd SCV that is coupled with the other two SCV operated by a joy stick for the FEL.

See if you can trace a similar cable on your control lever. Might have to remove the tire to do that..

On my 2008 3320 I had to remove the wheel, fender, seat and seat pan to access the SCV valves when I installed my 3rd function kit. The 3rd function valve was stuck/sticky since it hadn't been used for about 8 years but pushing the lever fairly hard freed it up and it worked normally after that.
