hi from Croatia...
Here is one square land for sale, 19Ha or 46 acres. 240 x 800m. What is the best way to clear it and prepare it for agriculture, orchard? Mulching, dozer, two dozers with heavy chain?

Rent for good dozer is around 60-80$ per hour for Cat D5 class + gas. Heavy mulcher attachment have same or bigger price per hour. I think that dozer have better m2/per hour than mulcher and can rip soil at same time.
If mulcher is used, what is procedure after mulching? Allot of wood residues stay on land.

The two dozers with chain method would not work for you. All that does is litter your land with debris.

Your brush doesn't look too large. Maybe a Mulcher.

Do I need deep blade plow after mulching or dozer?

I would cut down the trees with a chainsaw and get firewood for winter. Then bring in the bulldozer to remove the stumps.

All I see is scrub brush. Nothing close to big enough to create firewood.

Stumps are much easier to remove with the tree attached.

Is burning an option? I'd cut everything down and then hire a dozer. From the looks of the picture a bush hog could cut it.

Looks like a mulcher job to me, but I don't know much. I love watching that deep digging plow! That'd do the job I think. Croatia dirt. Looks good, but it's just dirt. Nothing but dirt I tell ye. Everywhere I've been in the world, I like to look at the dirt. See what kind it is. Looks like y'all have good dirt in Croatia.

This is an older post.. I know. Watching the video, the dozers made quick work of toppling the trees over but the leftover mess will require a lot more cleanup! The trees are only half (or less) uprooted and must be pulled up and the root wad dirt knocked off.

I have cut timber for firewood when clearing. Or used a bulldozer. Or used an excavator. And used a combination of all three methods.

IMO - clearing timber for Ag purposes - knock down and uproot everything with an excavator. Firewood trees - set those off to the side for chain sawing. Everything else, pile into manageable burn piles.

Smaller roots and leftover brush - hit it with a mulcher. You'll be "pickin' sticks" for a year or two... But, you'll be able to get the field planted!
