Tires Best replacement rear valve stems?

Hi,

I have an L2800 and am doing a lot of work in the woods right now. I have sheared the head off of 2 stems now. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Also, where is the best place to buy the tubeless stems. I have not been able to find them around here but see a lot on the web. Any idea which part number??

There is a post on tire valve stem protectors on the rim.
Some tractors have them, some don't. They can be welded on, but DO NOT get them welded with tires in place!
