Best JD parts site?

I need to put some real money into my 1150 operating hour Deere 4210 this summer...and would welcome input from members here on what they feel are the best places to order JD parts online. Something that I really detest is having to pay wildly inflated shipping charges, and I would appreciate learning about sites that are reasonable in that regard. Thanks!!

Green Farm Parts: John Deere Parts Online Discount Store gets my vote. Outstanding service, fast shipping, and a small discount if your a member of the "other deere" forum.

This is a timely thread for me. I am now in no-mans land when it comes to Deere dealers. They closed all the dealers within a reasonable driving distance to me now, so any/all parts will have to be purchased on-line. Living where I do I buy most everything on-line so that part doesn't bother me. As the OP state, I work hard to find vendors that are at least reasonable with their shipping charges.

A discout would be nice also, but I hate the idea of having to join something somewhere for a discount. I have absolutely nothing to do with any kind of social media sites, and this sounds kind of similar to that.

Ahh - OK - I think I know what/where you mean - just have to scratch my memory some to remember - it's been a couple years since I looked there.

And I agree - I wish I knew of your hooks before I went and had mine welded on - bookmarked for future reference.

I just can't spend the $1000, the dealer wants.
No, I have not even used it yet, they just dropped it off at my home. They even put it in the shed for me. I wasn't home. Which was great due to it was raining. Great service!

Yep - I second the vote for GreenFarmParts. I buy EVERYTHING from them... oil, grease, tech manuals, bumpers, mulch kits, add-ons, etc. They have good prices and most things ship very quickly. Plus, you earn points with every purchase that can be used for a discount on future purchases.

And that is EXACTLY why I created this thread...I hoped to learn about a good vendor, and even more hopefully to help other members here. That is the main reason I joined TBN and why I try to contribute--we ALL benefit when the members share information.
