Best Implement for Leveling Furrows

I have 28 acres of old potato furrows that I need to level out.
Now grassed over for about 5 years.
I am using a Kubota L3010. I need to level out the old furrows and prepare
for forage/hay planting. What is the best tool for that? I currently have
only a box scrapper. Would I use ripper/cultivator or disc or other.
I would like to level and prep for seeding in a couple of passes.

A disc harrow is probably your best bet. You can go over the field in a couple of directions to get it loose, then use a drag harrow before seeding, for final smoothing.

A disc would be the most likely choice, but a good field cultivator would work in a pinch.

A disc with some sort of drag behind it would be your best bet. but it will take quite a few passes to get it anywhere close to level.

I use a disc now on my 58' Cub, but nothing yet for my 30 HP Kubota L3010.
What size and type of disc would I want? And what is an "offset" disc?
