I picked up some Permithrin from local hardware before I thought of posting Q.
I was attracted to that because it specifically mentioned it will leave a residue on foundation.

You might also try OrthoKlor it comes in a liquid form, we spray a barrier around the house every year. kills termites, ants and spiders really well

here is the full name from the ortho webpage it seems they are discontinueing it.. I better stock up
