Spreader Best Fertilizer Spreader for my Kubota B7300

I've noticed the Herd M96 is getting attention and I need to begin a fertilization plan on our 3 acres of grass. What's the recommendation of the group as to the best fertilizer spreader for my compact B7300.

mike i think you should get what the better price is theirs not a lot can go wrong with a speader except the gear box. you should look if the gear box has oil, some are seald in grease,i'd go for oil so it can be changed,and see if any bad stuff is going on in there. i'm partal to land pride myself.

Gone is correct that there is not much to a fertilizer spreader that can go wrong however if the spreader is not throughly cleaned after use all metal components will corrode. Fertilizer eats metal fast. I always clean my spreader and place an oil film on all metal parts. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
