I have a 24' enclosed car hauler trailer with a ramp door. The ramp door has three hinges at the bottom, left, center and right. The right hinge has been bent from I guess too much load (I bought it used), and I cannot figure out how to straighten it. The door will not close tight on the right side.

The hinges seem to be welded closed on the ends at the joint so I cannot see a way to knock the pins out to remove the door. If anyone has experience making this sort of repair I would appreciate some pointers.

Is the hinge bent or the door? I have inserted a block of wood in the door and "reformed" the door. sounds better than "bent the snot out of" if it truely is the hinge cut it out and put in another.

It is definitely the hinge. From your comment "cut it out" I assume hinges of this type are welded on and not bolted. I will check it out next Thursday when I get back home. Thanks for the reply.
