I hit a large rock with my JD 62'' mid mount mower deck resulting in a bent frame. I took it to the JD dealer and they were able to get it within and 1/8 inch of plumb by whacking it with a hammer but I can still notice a difference when mowing. The center and left blades cut at the same level but the right side is 1/8'' lower. It's not a real big deal but it's more noticeable when I'm mowing on the uneven grades because the lower blade cuts even deeper when its on an angle. I thought I saw someone post a method to fix this issue by laying steel bars across the frame with holes for bolts then tightening the bolts to pull the frame square. Any help would be greatly appreciated since a new deck cost thousands. :confused2:
