Bent Canopy Twice, Now Glueing it

Slightly embarassing, but might help someone. I've hit trees twice with my Ag powder coated steel canopy and bent the front in about 10". So, after pounding it out the second time, I am affixing it with bits of urethane here and there, no bolts (after glue is dry).

Knowing it will be strong enough to hold it there, and hoping that if I hit something again, it will dislodge it and not bend it. Still might have too much urethane, but time will tell...
