Belltec Industries TM48 Post Hole Digger

I was wondering if anyone has an opinion about this post hole digger. I have a chance to get a used one for $1000.00. The clam is that:

This machine's design and performance go way beyond today's tractor mounted post hole diggers. Ive never owned or used a BelTec but they are good for rocky soil. If you are in the Texas Hill Country you absolutely need one. A guy I know was doing post holes for people a few years back in Lampasas County to pay for the one he bought. He said he was very pleased with it and it seemed to be very well made. I think he paid about $4K for his used. $1K sounds good if it's in decent shape.
