93 belarus 925,only 830 hrs on it.

I guess i got lucky,PO had bought a farm,the Belarus came with it it.
PO was a JD guy,JD dealer did not want to trade it in and told PO it was junk.
PO was looking to unload it and i came along at the right time.

the 800 and 925 are very close cousins and can/will interchange 90% of the parts

I have a 1992, 802 with cab and loader i keep the auger on back,and only use it to pick up the things my kubotas cant handle. Oh yeah thats the tractor if the buddies need to borrow a tractor,they know thats the one they get,so its not ask for much.

Whats the exchange rate these days, 10 to 15 seems quite steep for me ? We used to get these Russian models (not the export models with Danfoss steering and italian hydraulics) brand new for that price.
A Belarus isnt a bad tractor for the money, it just takes forever to order parts from Russia. Thats why most of them are offered so cheap that the Ukrainians buy them back. Used Belaruses are a rarity here. (new ones as well )

4 grand is a good price, i think a similar one here, could go for export to Ukraine for 6 to 8...

NOT where I live, I saw a 925 with 150 hrs on it and it went for a lot less than 10K...

Around here, Belarus have a poor reputation and very poor resale.

Belarus/MTZ 925 is still being supported by the factory with brand new, original parts.
(Which can not be said about many other competing 25 year old tractors).
