Belarus 420A power steering

Any Belarus 420A owner/operators or Belarus mechanics care to share some experiences or information regarding the power steering system?

Only dealt with one that came in with no hydraulics and the tank under the front of the hood was bone dry thanks to leaky loader cylinders. Filled it up and she started working again. Anything in particular you need to know. I am a MTZ/Belarus dealer.
