Belarus 250AS - Bad clutch or something else?

I DONT KNOW MUCH BOUT TRACTORS BUT I GOT A SHEET OF PLY WOOD JACKED THE BACK OF MY TRACTOR TO HOLD TOOK A FLOOR JCK ON THE PLYWOOD UN-BOLTED TRACTOR IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES USING AN ELECTICAL WRENCH MOVED FRONT AWAY FROM REAR CHANGED CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE AND BEARINGS AND WITH ONE PERSONS HELP LINED AND PUSHED BACK TOGETHER BOTED ADJUSTED THE CLUTCH THERE ARE THREE ADJUSTMENT BOLTS WITH LOCK NUTS YOU HAVE TO ROTATE THE LY WHEEL CLOSE TO YOUR INSPECTION HOLE IT ADJUSTS ABOUT LIKE A N OLD MAC TRUCK, I RAISED MY CLUTCH PEDAL UP AND BLOCKED IT UP WITH A STICK THEN I ADJUSTED MY CLUTCH UNTIL IT WAS ABOUT AS CLOSE AS A THICK SCREW DRIVER BLADE ALL THREE THE SAME AND WOW IT WORKS PERFECT.hOPE THIS WILL HELP.

I purchased a 1985 250 Belarus this summer and everything seem to work but I bought a finish mower to go with it and then I notice that the engine would run at the same rpm but the mower and wheels would start to slow down so I thought it needed a clutch but I put on a blade to clean up the parking lot of my shop and I could make the wheels slip while cutting deep and never slipped the clutch so my question is does this model have a pto clutch as well as a drive clutch

I got some tractor time today and got the tractor to move. I jacked up the rear to get the wheels off the ground so I could see if they would spin with minimal resistance. I went through all the gears and nothing, so I played around with the forward/reverse lever then the high/low gear selector. I tried SL1 again and the wheels started turning! I drove the tractor around the yard in SL1 and SL2, but it was very difficult to shift as the clutch does nothing. I'm going to see if I can adjust the clutch but I'm guessing it won't do much and needs to be replaced. Thanks everyone for your help so far. I'm sure I will have plenty more questions when I get ready to split the tractor.

Sl1 is forward only and works off the pto clutch
