Belarus 2011 tractor hydraulic steering problem. Please help and I’ll pay.

Was driving straight and went to turn and steering wheel just started turning and not moving wheels, took box apart has a worm gear.put back together and steering wheel just shakes back and forth violently

So it does not have a hydraulic steering valve
If it is worm gear with a center steering diverter valve one steering cylinder or two
