Many, if not all of the people on TBN remember a time when you had to use an encyclopedia to learn about things, had to call around to get prices and information on products, had to shop around to know what a fair price for something was, use the classifieds to sell things, your experience extended to just friends and family, and called the theater to learn when the next movie showing was.

I worked as a modelmaker/toolmaker 35 years, 19 of them with a fortune 500 company, and as I recall, there was alot of whinning going on their, especially the last few years I was there !
