Today I looked at what appears to be an older model Cyclone C30 tow behind finish mower. It is self powered with an 11.5 HP gas engine and certainly looks to have been ridden hard and put away wet
My intentions are to use it as a field mower/Light brush hog. I do not have to worry about saplings or anything heavy as i have been mowing it already for several years. Of course I would have to modify it to lift it up another 2 inches in height, but that is the easy part.
I have found nothing locally for actual brush hogs- that are worth it- and don't want to spend a whole lot of money. The seller is asking $425.00 and is willing to "dicker".
I plan on going back to have it started up and listen to it run (hopefully it does). I have not been able to find much on the value of this unit used, or brand new for that matter.
Any thoughts or information out there? Has anyone else picked up something like this?
