Check out agri supply co. You can get your hiller disc and build a frame pretty cheap. Also Rainflo irrigation, they utilize a moldboard to move soil into press pan. It is a way you can build it all your self with no moving parts. Good luck.

I have been looking for one as well. Agri Supply has 16" discs on a shank but I am still looking for clamps. Agri Supply only have clamps for their toolbar which I believe is 1.25" square. I would prefer a larger toolbar and a full 60" width. The only other one i found that I liked but it is too much money is the Iowa Farm Equipment. They have a two disc gang that could really do a nice job but the only sell it on the frame for $800. That price kept me looking!

Flat plate with four holes for u bolts. Weld some 1/4" rod on plate to seat shaft in between and u bolts will hold better.

Here is a couple I made (posted here before, I think). One used the metal parts from an old set of horse drawn hoes, the other uses a couple of discs from an old disc harrow & mounts to my 3 pt. trailer hitch/log skidder. Both work great. 005.jpg004a.jpg001 (4)a.JPG032.jpg

I just purchased the Hilling Disk & Shank Asby, 16" and clamps to attach to a 4" square toolbar:

Very heavy-duty and great customer service from Buckeye.

Terry,
Looks like you used the front axle from an old lawn&garden tractor. So I see you use the tierods to adjust angle. and the roller on the back is to flatten the top of the row?
The end looks like you have a furrower.... I'd love to see the rows this makes.... It's a very nice setup.... Talk about green.. it's all recycled...

Regards,
Chris
