Beaveriii fan belt

Is there a automotive or other belt that will replace the fan belt on my Satoh beaverIII. A part brand and number would be great.

I'm not familiar with that piece of equipment so I am not sure what type of belt it takes. Is it a V belt or a serpentine belt? If it just drives engine accessories then you should be able to take it to any auto parts store, they can measure it and give you a suitable replacement. Are there any factory numbers on the belt? If so I might be able to cross it over to a Gates or Danco number for you.

That vintage would be a V belt, any good auto parts should be able to match it up.

I went on the Gates website and searched. Found Gates number 7320 for the Buck. It should be the same if yours is the 3 cylinder Beaver III.

You can also go on the NAPA website and drill down and find the Beaver III belt as part number NBH 257375.
