Bearing clearance for a Perkins Model 152

Looking fro the Main bearing and large Rod bearing clearances for a Perkins engine Model 152. Massey Ferguson has 0.04/0.10 mm or 0.0017/0.0040 in. If this is right, where do I get the Plastigage to gage it. All the Plastigage I seen at auto and online dose not work! Thank you
