Since coyotes have become more numerous within the past few years, we have noticed a reduction in the deer herd. Several years ago a hunter in Maryland could legally take 30+ deer by hunting in all seasons. I'm attaching a pic showing how we manage coyotes in my area. These are Eastern coyotes, much larger than the Western, Walt Disney coyotes. Around here they are pack animals and I would not want to be faced with a pack thus the Judge pistol in the over the shoulder holster.<img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=269447"/>
What area are you in? I am in north east Maryland and saw a bear cross the road
last year and heard rumor of bobcats and coyotes but have never seen them.
