I just wanted to post a follow to my online TSC order cancellation saga. They had emailed me a survey after I placed the order. I explained the problem of not being able to cancel an order that had not shipped and asked them to call me. They did call, listen to my concerns, and refunded my shipping cost. They did explain that online ordering is relatively new for them (2 years) and they were making changes. Currently, once an order is placed you only have 2 hours to cancel the order. After the two hours the order is placed in another system that customer service does not have access to. I told him that someone in the company does have access that system and should have been able to cancel the order. He said they were working on it. Anyway, my faith in their company has been restored. However, I will avoid online ordering until I see changes in the cancellation policy. I am glad I used their system to get the refund rather than the antagonist method of contacting the credit card company to refuse the charge.
