Oil & Fuel BD2f Fuel filter

Hello, first post. I need a fuel filter for my BD2F dozer. Can anyone help with a part number?
Also I would like an owners manual if someone can direct me to one.

I don't think there is an owner's manual. I think I do have a parts book.
