BCS pto gear lube

I'm working on the shift mechanism of the pto. What type of lube is used for the pto coupling? Can't tell what was on the coupling. It was contaminated with water and rust. The tiller would engage, but wouldn't disengage. Cleaned everything up and sanded and polished mating parts. Now need to lube and put back together. Great tiller. I've had it for over ten years. This is the first problem I've had with it. Self inflicted. I was leaving it out in the rain. By the way, It's a 205.

Hi Van,

Any multipurpose grease will work in there. Just pump the hole nearly full and clamp the tiller back on. 205s are nice little machines.
