Those darn Free Market Capitalists are so crafty and sneaky at finding new ways to make money!

I have long said this would happen. Too many valuable resources in used batteries to ignore. Richer than the original raw ore. And furthermore if a battery works but has only half new capacity then while it is not ideal for use in an EV "there ain't nutt'n wrong with it" for time-shifting and emergency backup power.
