If you could hop in a Tardis, and get an audience with Henry I, it would be interesting to see you explain the phenom of MBA. Personally, I'd rather stand in front of a flamethrower.

A legendary businessman ^, but he was firstly about Value to the Customer, and Product Durability. IMO, those two factors are top reasons why he is in the History Books.....

It sounds like this could free us from using fossil fuels for making electricity and save them for other needs that will be long lasting.

Definitely help with China's world image, not to mention reducing air pollution. I bet they'll start selling reactors to other countries and staff them with Chinese.

Yet another advantage PRC has.....

Domestically, they could serially build 10 or more of those, in just the time an Enviro Assessment would take in my country, or yours.

The Chinese Communist Party controls everything in China. If they are in favor of a company building reactors then it will happen. Conversely if a business incurs their disfavor then that company is in a lot of trouble. It is an extremely authoritarian regime. I listen to a podcast that discussed one Chinese business that listed in the United states. The CCP came down on them and their stock value dropped like a rock
