Wanting to plumb in a toilet in my shed. The problem is that it is a long ways from the lagoon. Is there a way to put some sort of small sewer system in right beside my shed into trying to get all the way to the lagoon?

Unless you're from the other side of the pond and lagoon means something different than it does here in the states, are you saying that the sewage from your house is piped to a lagoon?
Yes that is correct. I live in Kansas and we call them lagoons here. The lagoon is a long ways from shed with numerous water and electrical lines and trees between.

you will most likely need a permit of some sort, when it comes to a septic system.
contact some local plumbers and get them out there to give you a bid. this will give you a price range, at same time give you a chance to talk to local plumbers that know the laws for your state / county. and also they will be able to take direct look at your surrounding land. and give a na or ya for good spots to place a small septic.

you might see if you can just put in a septic tank and no leach field. and have tank pumped every so often. this can get rather expensive vs putting in leach field as well.
