Baseball field maintenance

I just bought a TC 33 D with a 7308 front end loader, box blade, and brush hog. I maintain two baseball fields and two softball/teeball fields with it .It comes in handy for moving dirt to the infield, grading etc. Does anyone else out there take care of baseball fields? Please share tips and suggestions. Thanks, Busboy

Bannerman.com and reist.com make a 3pt. implement made for the only purpose to groom ball diamonds. The only problem is they both are $4000. I am doing the same thing and also have a TC33 to do it with. I am currently looking for a pulverizer to purchase.

Normally at the beginning you will need to remove the weeds and grass then level and break up the ground. I have done a lot of research on the best ways to do this. The best ways cost to much like the Harley Rake. The TR3 rake is half the price at $2999 so the it looks like a pulverizer fits the bill the best.

The box blade is good for a lot of things but not for maintaining the fields during the season, you will need something to smooth or rake the dirt, you don't want bad bounces.

do a general search for Bannerman ballpark 6 and i think two or three opions will appear. Do the same for REIST infielder and you will also get two or three companies that sell them. They are both similar. Reist is out of canada and Bannerman sell through MASA out of Jasper Indiana
