Barn Cats--How to keep them OFF!?

What ever they get on smells like cat. Smells kinda like feces or something. (Which I don't understand because if they are not sleeping then they are grooming themselves.) So then whenever I mess with the pellets I have that smell on my coat. The prints on my tractor, I just rather not have them on there I guess.

Cats are welcome on and around my equipment anytime. Rodents are not.

I found placing anything in my tractor seat such as even an empty drink can worked. My thought is they are looking to lay or sit comfortable normally so anything that prevents that.

We've got one in the house already. Wife said it was because my 2yo daughter got attached to it. 2 dogs and 1 cat is enough in the house IMO.

I can tell you one thing not to do. I had an employee that had a problem with cats. He put HOT pepper juice on his car hood, to keep them off. It worked, but it also took the paint off.

Our vet told us that we need to get the male kitties fixed before they mature and learn to spray. After they learn, having them neutered doesn't stop them. You probably have a male cat that is still spraying and the source of the smell. You are obviously sensitive to that smell and that's understandable.
