Baptized My New EZ-Hitch Hooking up the Chipper

i was looking at the ez hitch systems for my older JD870...cause i really dreaded hooking up some of the heavier equipment like my chipper.

however the newer tractor like my Kioti dk45 have the telescopic/adjustable links and a rear accessible lift control that makes hoking up the implements real easy.

I like the idea of moving the pin up instead of back for a couple of reasons. Question. When pulling a load, it appears that the limit lock would be the bottom front of tube contacting the bottom of the arm. Does that area have more metal than what shows at the back in your picture? That looks like a weak point.
