Baler pickup clutch problem

Hi, Have a international 46 baler with pick up clutch problem,pickup wont turn hub just spins so i think it needs new linings at the momment carnt get hub off probably rusted on, wonderd if i could drill a hole through hub and cog and use a shear bolt instead of new linings?

Absolutely. I can't ever remember getting a hay clump so large (and wet), that a clutch mechanism needed to be involved. Try not to pick up a previously formed bale and you should be fine. You need a 100+ hp tractor and a JD 336 or 348 baler to do that, in my experience.
