They claim that when you finance with AGCO you have warranty and insurance....so if he financed with AGCO, yes it should have been covered. I knew it was a scam. We did have another member here who forgot to engage his parking brake on a GC2610 a few years back-rolled down and embankment and was deemed too damaged to repair so AGCO and dealer replaced it for free.
Maybe he should have totaled it?
